Having received a beautiful diffuser for Christmas, I unfortunately had to return it as it developed an electrical fault. Armed with an original receipt I was met with the rudest assistant who has no idea on the difference between a receipt and makers warranty. As I did not have a warranty I was told she was doing me a favour by exchanging the item. She was off hand, rude and extremely unhelful. I was told as it had been exchanged if it happened again it would not be exchanged again. Unfortunatley I will not be recommending this shop and certainly not visiting again.
They shut down for a reason... went before closing time and bought some lovely candles I left and later realised they charged me more than they should have despite me asking the lady if the correct discount was applied. Dishonest!
