I've used this company twice in the last few weeks for my tenanted property in Newport. Having never met them or instructed them before I was nervous but I have to say, they have been fantastic. They are so helpful and very honest. I'm so glad I found them because I will definitely be using them again.

Moved into our new house and.....the boiler promptly packed up!
Phoned 'Groves Gas' at 4.40pm on Monday, by 6.10pm Mike was at my door to sort it out.
He diagnosed the problem, fixed said boiler and we're warm again!
I cannot thank 'Groves' enough. It's the first time I've used this family business, but I will most definitely use them for all future services and work needed. Thank you so much for an excellent service. Friendly, prompt and sensible prices.

Fantastic service, payment is easy. Was really good to communicate with and fast to arrange support. Engineers were polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our routine. They communicated well and didn't use jargon so use of equipment without them is a doddle! Pricing of equipment and services provided are reasonable and you're paying for quality and professionalism. Definitely going to be my first choice of anything is needed.
