We decided to change our bathroom at very short notice as it needed updating and contacted Complete Bathrooms Ltd for a quote. Justin professionally and promptly measured, designed and supplied the bathroom suite and tiles. The digital designs are excellent and provide a great insight into how the bathroom will look. We asked for some changes to be made to the design which were also adjusted promptly. The bathroom was delivered quickly to be fitted by our chosen plumber as we'd left it so last minute. We're very happy with the quality of the products thus far and thrilled with how our new bathroom looks. Thank you Justin for all your help and great communication!
Excellent company just had bathroom en suite and cloakroom upgrade, Justin came to measure, we spent a lovely time choosing what we wanted, and we have looked around, the quality of the products that are on display knock any other company out, we were blown away by the choice, We finally made our choices, Gareth and Scott managed to strip and refit our bathrooms in record time, they are an absolute credit to this company, the work was first class, they always left’s everything clean and tidy, and the finish was first class. I am totally over the moon with my new bathrooms, they look absolutely amazing Would definitely recommend them Again thank you all so much for an amazing job
On recommendation we went to Complete Bathrooms Cwmbran From the time Justin came to measure up and confirm what we wanted could be done to completion of the bathroom the service was excellent. Yes we had to wait a few months for work to start, but it was well worth the wait A big shout out to your Showroom staff, Delivery guys, Plasterer, Tiler and Electrician who were all helpful, polite, courteous, and considerate and a credit to the company. Last but not least Mike the Fitter who was all of the above and took great care and pride in his work, even when coming across one or two problems he always had a solution nothing seemed to phase him. if only he wasn't an Aston Villa fan, ahh!! well nobody's perfect.
What a transformation. 5* job & service on a complete bathroom revamp. Mark did a fantastic job but most of all the kindest & compassion he showed my family during a difficult time did not go unnoticed 100% recommend Justin & his team.

I love the showroom, it was a great start when planning our bathroom and felt really comfortable being able to take our time looking at our practical needs and colour scheme. Customer service is great, from planning to completion. Installation was carried out around us and Mark dealt with our anomalies and my "add-ons" brilliantly giving us an awesome finish and a bathroom we love.
Wonderful installation service. Don’t be put off by a delay between ordering and installing, it is due to how busy they are. Mark, the fitter worked tirelessly, and was patience, kindness and professionalism personified. We are delighted with our new bathroom. Installation was only a few weeks ago so it is too early to tell if the after sale service measures up to the stellar service so far but I will be very surprised if it doesn’t!
Excellent service and fitting from Mark!! Polite and hard working and not intrusive whilst Covid is going on. We are very pleased with finished product! Justin accommodated the fitting a little early due to a family bereavement very pleased with that! Original fitting should have been in April but these are difficult times! This is a second trip to Complete Bathrooms after 15 years. Highly recommended!
Fantastic Bathroom ! Dealing with Complete Bathrooms for the first time I can say that the product and service has been top class. Non pressure advice and massive changes completed during install at our request, with no hassle and complete understanding. Lawrence and Tom the fitters were a pleasure to have at our house, we enjoyed humour and good advice throughout the whole process. Lawrence is a perfectionist and we felt he added value to the whole process and understood what we needed. The work took longer than both us and Complete Bathrooms expected 170 year old house, but not once did we feel any part was rushed or feel that it was a problem. There was a real sense of family in the showroom which clicked with my wife and I while we chose our Bathroom, and as a family we would like to thank you all and wish you continued success.
We are totally delighted with our new bathroom from Complete Bathrooms of Cwmbran. The work was due to start right at the beginning of lockdown, but at our request was put back until it was relatively safe for it to be done at the end of July. We can't thank Justin and the team enough for their understanding during this difficult time and for keeping in touch to assure us that they would be there and ready for us as soon as we were happy for them to proceed. Particular thanks to Mark, our fitter, who did everything he could to minimise any inconvenience, also to Richie for the tiling and not forgetting the electricians. The best compliment we can pay Complete Bathrooms is to say that whilst their showroom displays were very impressive when we first saw them, our finished product was every bit as good.
