We had the moment that all homeowners dread – the boiler failing. Worcester Boiler identified that it was beyond repair and a new one needed to be installed. This resulted in a panic, as it needed to be done urgently and thinking of past experience with plumbers reliability etc., did not set a favourable mood. I spoke to TSL Plumbing first thing in the morning, for the first time (along with a couple of other plumbers) and arrange for them to call that day for a quote. Darren came out late morning, explained what needed to be done and said he would send a quote that afternoon. Whilst he was here, I got him to look at a simple shower refit that we had previously thought about. A couple of hours later I received the emailed quotes (and from the other plumbers). Comparing them, we decided to go ahead with TSL Plumbing and so phoned and booked the work for a couple days’ time. Graeme arrived on the day with a helper and they set to work removing the old boiler from inside and installing a new one outside. It took about a day and a half to complete, but with minimal fuss and inconvenience. The new boiler was connected and working on the first night, to ensure that we had hot water and heating that night. They stayed late, to ensure that it was connected and that we would not be left stranded.

A couple of weeks later, we had the shower refitted. Graeme did that as well. Again an excellent job.

What stands out is the professionalism of the whole experience and the unexpected extra touches that were done/thought of. The office staff were pleasant to talk to and very helpful and friendly. The chaps that came out and did the work, took great care. They laid down protection to ensure there was no damage to our home, tidied up at night and also when the job was finished. They were very polite and approachable. Having used various other plumbers over the years and being told unreliably by them that they could do the job next week or so and that timescale moving to the following week etc. etc., it was such a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that sets a date and time, and sticks to it. They are definitely a company to put in your list of approved contractors. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all.

Called TSL and asked them to come and quote for supply and installation of a new boiler. Agreed a time but Darren turned up very late and said that he didn't want to just install a boiler as he wouldn't make as much money as he wanted - despite me very clearly explaining the job to them before hand! He was quite rude about it & wasted everyone's time.

Having used this company before for a shower install I had no hesitation in giving them my business again. I was provided with a quote for a boiler installation, which i excepted and had it carried out by experienced, and careful gas safe engineers. TSL are quick, professional, tidy, competitively priced, friendly and honest.

We have used TSL for many years, for both our residential property and our commercial premises, they have always been reliable and their work is very good. Their pricing is clear and full estimates have always been given. I would strongly recommend using this company.
