Gutted to be honest...! Having left this morning to visit greenwood with the family I suggested visiting Ty Mawr on the way for breakfast as many years ago I would regularly visit with holidaying clients and told my partner how good they were. On arrival the place was empty and we had our pick of tables.. all spotlessly clean I might add. We ordered breakfasts and I explained to the gent that I used to visit regularly for breakfasts 20 odd years back... To my astonishment he actually argued with me and informed me they didn't do breakfast until he took over a number of years ago... To say his attitude was unfriendly is an understatement and as for the legendary breakfast I remember that's long since gone. When ours arrived and I enquired where the mushrooms were, the gent informed me they'd ran out in an earlier rush... Would have been nice to have been told before hand and maybe offered an alternative..! The precooked and microwave reheated sausage was not the best I've ever had either. Won't be going back

Stopped here with the family to have some breakfast before our day out . To say I was shocked was a understatement! !!!! £33 fir 2 coffees 3 breakfasts and 1 beans on toast! !! The breakfast was no bigger than a child portion and also we weren't told before or after ordering that they had no mushrooms was only when we asked we where told they had none ! No offer of extra egg bacon etc to replace it . The food was disappointing it was pre cooked and re heated in the microwave ! Will not be going there again ! The husband had a awful attitude towards my partner . Very disappointed !!!!

Stayed here for one night. I felt very welcomed and at home from the start. The room was lovely and cosy, sort of cottage themed which suited the area. Nice, quiet area and the lady was very accommodating to any of my needs. Good value for money.

Love stopping here when we visit Greenwood Forest Park. Lovely family and lovely food.
