If you go in for breakfast then the bacon is usually stuff to break your teeth with or has an odd taste same with the sausages, the eggs taste terrible.  As for the rest alot of the time they are busy so they don't prep enough food to keep things going so quite often there is a wait for food to be cooked. The sausage rolls quite often have a very strange taste don't really like Greggs recipe for pastry either, same with the mayonnaise terrible, I personally think the chef at head office that makes up all these recipes has no taste buds as for a company as big as Greggs the food is awful I personally think its because they use as cheap as possible ingredients. The one redeeming feature is the staff are lovely can't do enough for you and if you have issues with the food/drink they are quick to sort it out for you.
