Absolutely amazing service today from everyone at Greenrig Cycles. Went in to hire a bike and happened to mention an issue my husband was having with his bike purchased elsewhere. The staff were so helpful and identified the issue immediately and fixed right there and then! Amazing service and will definitely be back

Took my bike here to get new wheels fitted and the service was second to none. The guys certainly know their stuff and kept me updated of progress from initial order to fitting. They also highlighted some other points to get the bike running perfectly.  Would definitely recommend, great customer service.

Brilliant bike shop. Staff very friendly,  only to happy to help as I found out today . Had a small issue with my bike which l never purchased from them  and it was was whisked in to their workshop and all fixed in 10 minutes. Must be the best bike shop in the area. We used to go to a shop in Glasgow but these guys are Excellent.   Very knowledgeable but friendly with it. Cant fault the prices or the service, a pleasure going into the shop.

I had been looking for a Kona Sutra for months, no stock anyware, or wrong spec/ size etc, happened to come across these guys at Greenrig.   My request was met with immediate enthusiasm and the search was on to source my dream bike. With their contacts in the cycle industry it was sourced.Communication was excellent, service exceptional, & extremely knowledgeable staff. One very happy customer.

Very friendly and helpful. My daughters brakes were binding and going to cause a wasted journey to the bike trails. I forgotten she mentioned it last time out. Anyway, they made the time to fix the brakes there and then, to save the day. Thanks

I don’t normally  leave reviews, but I wanted to share the fantastic customer service I received  over the past week. Both men are pure gentlemen, SO helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help you. We have a  E- bike from Germany that's a bit different, John was totally amazing getting our bike back up and working.  We were blown away with how detailed his work was, always thinking how best he could  Improve things to make the bike work better for us. Thank you ever so much!

Took my bike here today after my home mechanic skills had run out and the creaks and rattles on my bike wouldn't stop. The service I received was awesome. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was told what part to buy and they even fitted it for me straight away along with fixing my gears just because they noticed that they weren't working right  I went home with a fully working and quiet bike. I would not hesitate to recommend this bike shop.

I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but I wanted to share the fantastic customer service I recently experienced. My bike was previously serviced by Halfords, but sadly numerous errors and mistakes, left it unsafe to use. However, after one day, my bike was fixed and as good as new. I really appreciate the time taken to explain what was needed and why. Extremely polite, thoughtful, skilled and I just wish I had come here first. Thank you so much.

Thanks for sourcing parts for my son's bike and sorting out the Bosch Cx service on my electric MTB as well, good to be back to all working bikes again!
