The shop is a time warp. Excellent standard of repairs and extremely reasonable prices. This guy is possible the world's leading authority on the Numatic Henry. Good selection of refurbished vacs too.

Great repair shop. The man at the front is somewhat taciturn, but his work is excellent. Reliable, honest, great value. Why go anywhere else???

Fabulous. Thought my vac was faulty but the gentleman sorted it within minutes, told me it only needed a reset and even showed me how to do it next time if it happens again...all for nothing. I offered to pay and was told I could pop something in the charity box! Not many people like that about these days. Top man!

This guy is really helpful and knowledgable. I received sound advice and know where to go when I need another vacuum cleaner.

Gave my Henry Vacuum Cleaner in with a bag it was returned to me without however I not informed so the dust started to make the Henry smell and took some cleaning when discovered.

He's fixed the hoover but the worst and rudest customer service I have ever received.
