Fischer Homes builds beautiful homes. But the communication at the Atlanta office is not good at all. I have been trying to reach them for TWO years via email and/or phone, called their HQ who contacted one of the people there and nothing. They don't call because they don't want to hear the truth about issues their sub contractors did to the homes. Also, people, if you are going to get a house built, make sure to hire your own inspector. That is what they did. Fischer didn't like that much because the inspector found a lot of things the sub contractors missed. Fischer will say they are following Georgia Code, while that is true, but issues still remain. Building a house should never bee stressful. And communication with a company should always be there no matter if it is positive or negative. I love Fischer Homes but not happy with their customer service.
Very Professional Staff, Helpful, and Knowledgeable. The Center is Well Set Up. It can be overwhelming So the Recommended PREVIEW, Made the final like 100% easier. When Emily did have an Answer she Found the Answer!! Greatly Appreciated!!!!! AWESOME JOB
We never thought we could afford to build a home but Fischer made it possible! The beginning of the process was easy. The selections part was fun but overwhelming, they do walk you through it all though. The building portion was cool to see the progress. Fischer made the closing easy because they have a company that they work with. The only bad part was the guy in charge of the construction. He wasn't the most friendly at times and he was very bad at returning calls/texts. We were supposed to get updates every Friday but we didn't always get those. There were things that were left undone before closing and we were told they would get them done and or they would be done a week after we closed. Those things still aren't done. We have our 90 inspection coming up and we could waive the inspection and get a monetary rebate but since there are some undone things we have to have it done and cannot get the rebate. Overall good experience.
We bought brand new house and there is a crack on my unfinished basement wall. Since then we had moisture issues such as rusting steels, floating floor, air pollution, etc. All they did was installing a dehumidifier. So, I check the my wall with the professional moisture meter and it clearly shows that the moisture is coming from the crack on the wall. They are keep saying that it is not a problem and it is our responsibility to run the dehumidifier 24/7 with our money. I also reported this issue to customer service department and they said it is Construction Manager's decision on how to proceed with it. The Construction Manager, Bryan, is just trying to get away with this issue without any resolutions. We are not happy with Fischer Homes customer service at all.

Very professional and accommodating team of people. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and assistance with this very stressful move. Rob Bley was so patient with me while I selected the colors and fixtures for our new home. Nicole Ramdeen, Brad Clowney, Griffin Garris were especially helpful because my family and I are moving from another state and weren't able to be at the home site like we wanted. They took pictures, video chatted, were available by phone, text, walked and fell in the mud for us -Nicole an absolutely awesome person. They are the best!!! Thank you all for everything!!
WORST experience of my life! Would not even give them "1 star" if I didn't have to choose it! I had issues before I even closed on my house that I was assured would be completed and I am still waiting for repairs 6 months later. I also have 3 separate water leaks that have been going on since February that have not been fixed and I keep getting told "let's try this and see if that takes care of it". Meanwhile I have a basement with an odor that I can't use while they "wait to see if it fixes the issue". I am concerned what issues I will find once my one year warranty is up if I am having this many issues already! I do not get my calls answered and the communication is terrible. They have gone through 3 maintenance supervisors since I purchased this house because they are overworked with all the problems in this community. I am not the only one with issues, people up and down my street dealing with the same stuff for up to two years now with no resolution! DO NOT BUY A FISCHER HOME!!!!
