Avoid at all costs! Booked in a repair with an engineer, who didn't show up. Rang them multiple times to check the status and was told they would contact the engineer, zero response. Final call rang and they hung up. Unprofessional, will never use again. Would give them less than 1 star if I could!

Terrible customer service. Sold a dishwasher that doesn't wash dishes and is cheaply made. No offer of an alternative or exchange. Avoid.

Booked a cooker repair. 2 days after the original appointment no one has turned up. I used this firm regularly for years but no more. No calls, no updates ,and lies when I chased it up, if I could get through. Shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Arranged an appointment to fix a dishwasher or replace it and was going to buy a washing machine at the same time. Took half a day off work. No-one arrived. Followed up with a phone call and was told they would chase the engineer. Disappointing.

Avoid avoid avoid.....terrible service,repair was never done and had to purchase a new fridge freezer from a reputable company!
