Ignore the opening times on their website. They remain the same 365 days a year. Holiday closures are not deemed important enough to inform their customers and maybe save them wasted journeys.
Work according to their own rules. Open as and when they want. Don’t expect them To be open until earliest 10am. Staff generally rude and dismissive. Poorest PO service I have ever had in the UK repeatedly. Will go out of my way to use another one now. Waste of time!
Just find the staff very ignorant and unwelcoming like everything is a bother and zero communication or people skills. The shop staff are the same. In response to the reply. I cannot help the attitude of the staff in the shop and post office anyone who goes into a business as a customer doesn't want to not be greeted or treated like their custom is valued not like their presence is a bother. Training in customer service may well be advantageous.
The person running this post office is a very ignorant and disrespectful person, she's on the phone talking and laughing surely using the phone for personal reasons isnt allowed during work hours, she doesn't have the manners to ask what you would like and generally just a very ignorant person. I have always found all postmasters/mistresses very respectful and professional the person running this post office has none. Edit: The response doesn't mention the ignorance of the worker on the phone while seeing to customers or the general abrupt unpleasantness either. I wasn't aware there where two post offices in Greenhills as the way you put yours forward it seems to be the heart of the community.
Rude and ignorant staff, poor service for a post office and pretty sure not the attitude Royal Mail want from their staff.
Left standing for 40 mins in a queue as a staff member was late coming in. No update on whether staff member was actually going to come in or not. Queue of 10 + people. Atrocious service.
Dreadful service. The assistant twice lied to my face that a parcel had been delivered for collection at the PO. Avoid.
rude, obnoxious.. tried to withhold change too. wasn't till I asked she dropped the extra £ and never said anything. dodgy. won't be using again
Every time I go there, there's only one teller on. Person running the place is unpleasant
Never open when it says on Google,think hours need to be updated online
