Just popped in on my way home and I have to say that this is an exceptional Fish and Chip Shop/Restaurant.nThe inside was impeccably clean and modern. The decor was very tasteful and stylish.nAll of the staff were very happy, friendly and helpful. The service was also very professionally efficient.nThe food was delicious and well priced. I will definitely be back and I will be singing Graylings praises to anyone who will listen.
Popped in today as we were visiting Okehampton. Upstairs restaurant is fresh and clean with lovely decor. Had the special meal, fantastic fish and chips all freshly cooked with lovely batter. Latte very nice and excellent customer service from very friendly staff. Will definitely go back and have already recommended to our friends.
Newly refurbished 1st floor eat-in restaurant, and was really happy with our meal there. Surroundings and decor very modern and bright, without being clinical, with modern mid-century feel wooden furniture and lighting. Staff very welcoming, friendly and attentive, and of course the fantastic Graylings fish and chips.nnYou can have a full meal, or just a coffee and cake, with a nice range of milkshakes and Luscome soft drinks, ciders and beers. They open from 10am to about 2pm and again 5pm to 9pm, so ideal for something before going to the cinema. Will definitely be returning regularly.
What a shame met a lovely lady when parking at the back and told me not 2 park because of camera . Then got in the shop ask for chips and curry on a tray twice 2 bread cakes and a spring roll .Never said they didn't do that. When wrapping them up I said can I have the curry on the chips because we're sitting in the car couldn't believe when she said no anyway i took them back to the car omg smallest chip ever so if that was regular god nos what the children portions was like plus no barm cakes so had to go back which they left on Top of hot fryer plus no butter omg never again £12 that wouldn't feed a child never mind 2 adults angry
Food was double terrible. Soggy greasy chips & probably the soggiest batter I've ever had on a piece of Cod!!! Was a seriously terrible meal. There standard sized peace of Cod is VERY small. But a very small soggy portion of chips and a very small soggy peace of fish still cost a small dam fortune!!!!!!nVery, VERY DISAPPOINTED........nHow can it possibly be that bad? Shame on u...nMy son got chips from Kebab shop and were much better. How is that possible when Graylings have Chips on there sign?nCant tell u how disappointing it was this evening after gagging all day for fish & chips!!!!!
