The food was cold, ordered a large traditional breakfast and didn't have mushrooms or a tomato as advertised, waited much longer than we should have to have food delivered, the staff were being swept off their feet with work and don't seem to have any breaks. I was hoping to enjoy a nice meal with my friends, after having been in here a few times with decent experiences, however this has disappointed me, and is making me reconsider returning. I'm not upset, I'm just disappointed in this establishment. Please do better.
We stopped for lunch on a very wet day.nWe tried to order via the QR code on the menu, but setting it up and trying to persuade my bank that, yes it was me trying to set-up a tab 200-odd miles from home proved impossible, so in the end we ordered from the bar.nOnce that was done, the food came extremely quickly, and was good quality. It was a welcome change not to have a plate with too many chips on it - just enough. The beer was good, too, and the service friendly.
I have visited once or twice weekly for a long time, but today was awful!nOrdered breakfast, took ages to be served, food was cold, not complete.nTables hadn't been cleared, surfaces were sticky and dirty, food over floors.nOn speaking with duty manager she came across very defensive that I wanted to complain, and that I was the problem! She wasn't prepared to listen to any of the issues I wanted to raise and just walked away shaking her head.nI am local but will not be visiting again
I'm unable to comment on room service, as it was only a visit for a meal with family.nThe meal that we all had was very enjoyable, efficient service, friendly staff and a few different table areas, all with a nice atmosphere.nWe will definitely visit again for another family meal.
Went for lunch. The place was horribly understaffed and we waited nearly 2 hours for our food, which arrived cold. Burnt and dry. Just all around bad and the blonde lady manager was very rude. Would not recommend going for food.
