Just the most welcoming, warm and spotlessly clean accommodation. Owners and staff couldn't do enough and even opened an hour early so my father in law and  I could enjoy a couple of pints! Excellent supper, excellent overall value for money.

The best pub in Devon. Always a roaring fire, a friendly welcome and a comfy seat. The staff make you feel at home. Excellent food, cheap prices and right next to Belstone common.

We only had a pot of tea & a slice of chocolate cake but WOW what a cake. Simply gorgeous taste. Prices were very good as well & staff very friendly.  Highly recommended.

Excellent beer, tasty steak and ale pie and chips and a glowing hot log fire after a long walk on the moors, what more do you need!

Nice pub in beautiful Devon village within Dartmoor National Park. Great to have a beer after a walk in the moorland!
