Not the place to go if your child is from an ethnic background. The staff are small minded, racist, overbearing and oppressive. Have done a short stint as a teaching assistant. Not much good going on in terms of providing support. The children are routinely diagnosed with disorders and made to feel different and sometimes intimidated by staff. "That child has the cognitive ability of a five year old", is a quote, by long time staff member, this very morning, about one of her students. Good scores, bad character.
teachers are rude and disrespectful they abuse their power and have no respect for students especially senior teachers. Students are often more intelligent than teachers and lessons are extremely boring. Detentions are given out too easily and are also abused.
School is decent but the physics department is extremely poor- poor teachers , poor facilities and overall a very unorganised and unhelpful department. The maths department is good although they choose to do OCR MEI which frankly is ridiculous
Horrible school my kid is going there and there are so many bullys the teachers call you idiots and many other rude names. I don't recommend it do not put your kid in this school even though many people say its good it is not! My kid is coming everyday after school upset and sad
Teachers are rude and they don't care about bullying. If anything they join in.
a school of neglience my child was bullied the staff didn't do anything they were on about safeguarding and they couldn't safe guard my child
Not very good,there's never someone to attend to our calls at anytime of the day,atleast that's my experience.
