Excellent service would highly recommend , fast efficient pick up, friendly drivers. Friendly office staff who txt or phone to let you know the taxi is arriving and even the car colour and make , none of that horn sounding, the best company in West Belfast in my opinion
MOST of the drivers are awesome……but not all, so can’t give more stars Reliability is MOSTLY good, but not always, so can’t give more stars However they are the only taxi company I will use in West Belfast as they are better than the rest
Got picked up at the airport at 1.30 am. On time no fuss. Only I did was left my phone in the taxis when I got out. Called them twice. Got up the next morning and my phone was left of in the hallway. Big thanks to yous. G

Absolute disgrace. Picked a disabled woman up in a wheelchair and left her at Kennedy Centre then wen she tried to get home they didn't have any wheelchair buses on. My disabled mother whose just lost both legs was left stranded in the rain and cold for 3 hours waiting for another bus from Gransha to pick her up. Shame on u Gransha!!! Would u do that on ur own mother?
Always reliable, Gransha Taxis. Never been able to fault them. Been using them on and off for over a decade.
Booked a taxi with another company the night before to arrive at the car rental place the next morning at 8:15. Taxi never showered and when i tried to call back i got a busy signal : Then Gransha taxi to the rescue. Taxi arrived in 5 minutes from the phone call and i got a text message to say the driver was on his way. If i could give Gransha taxi more stars i would. The drivers name was Joe and he got me to the bus station in plenty of time. Not only that but i had less than the fare with me in cash but he took what i had and didn’t want me to get cash from the ATM as i was on my way back to Canada and didn’t have much cash left. Anyway, i wanted to make sure to acknowledge Joe and Gransha taxi company. Keep up the good work.Service: Limousines
Absolutely useless. After waiting 20 minutes driver picked up people who weren't waiting on a taxi and had started to walk. Even though he was told he more or less stuck two fingers up and left with the wrong fare. I will never use this company again and will push for my club to change preferred status for this company
This taxi firm never seems to amaze me even at weekends at there most busiest they are straight to your door by the time you hang up. If they are going to be that little bit longer there honest with you on the phone and all the drivers are really friendly and the prices are the best on the road.
Only taxi that would take my collie the driver was brilliant the service couldn't be any better if scottish like myself then I wouldn't use any other taxi company when in belfast can't fault this company at all pick up time drop off time the staff and the driver couldn't be any nicer and even the fair was cheap highly recommend and will recommend to anyone coming over for a weekend or so as well as anyone in belfast definitely they best in belfast 100 percent only company I'll use in belfast
