I’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with Grange London. Christina and Elsa go the extra mile for clients! A very proactive team, approachable and pleasant to deal with. It has been great being able to rely on them. Christina made my tenancy process so simple and answered all my questions promptly. I had a few requests before moving in and Christina made sure they were fulfilled before my start date. Super pleased with the team - highly recommended!
I let my apartment via Grange London, The response time by the Grange London team was extremely fast considering the time difference from Mexico to London. Once I got in touch with Christina personally she gave me clear instructions and the process to letting the apartment was extremely efficient. Getting in touch with her is very easy as she is available at any time with quick response time. Once I got to the apartment, the property was exactly as showed on the website, very modern and very well equipped with all the amenities. No complaints.
Thanks so much to the Grange team for helping me find a flat in very short time. It took me only four days from the time I viewed the flat to the time I checked in. Christina is my consultant. She answers every question I have patiently and helps me follow up quickly. Mez showed me the flat and explained all the facilities in the building very carefully. After long 3 months of looking for our dream family flat, I thought we would never be able to find something we like . Luckily I met Christina and her team who found the most perfect property for us , off market , with all the needful and beyond. On top of being able to understand clients expectation and provide with relevant options, Christina delivered genuine and excellent service. Ben and Mez were both utterly outstanding, I have been a search and an agent for 27 years and their attention to detail was insurmountable. I first got to know Grange London about 15 months ago through an introduction of a friend in London. Grange was founded by former senior executives of JLL with vast industry experiences and broad client networks. Ben and Mez, both co-founders, were very insightful and knowledgeable about London properties and in particular the Paddington area. They were both very professional and honest with their advice. Their work is of high quality. When we eventually decided not to sell but to complete our flats, the Grange letting team led by Christina did a great job finding us good tenants very quickly. Mez and Christina were hugely helpful throughout the completion process. Their assistance made us as overseas owners much less stressed out to manage everything from afar. They really have earned our trust and confidence by doing a good job and being very responsible and reliable. We completed and furnished our two flats two days ago. Tenants of both flats after seeing the quality of the flats were very happy. I look forward to developing an even closer relationship with the Grange team in the future. We are extremely great full to Christina for all the assistance and valuable feed back which she so kindly extended to us . The other prominent rental agency did not even come close to the services which Christina extended to us . We rented our apartment at the rent we wanted and we also made a new friend . A great win win situation .
