Always really tasty, staff are friendly, place is clean and open! worth it for the milkshakes alone if I'm honest.

Four of us dined one sunday, I ordered a Ruby Murray burger and it looked good and tasted fantastic and the chunky chips were cooked great. The only reason this isn't a five star rating was the side order of onion rings were rather on the small side and a little over cooked. Friendly staff and a nice place in general.
Very good service although got the order a bit confused but we survived. Excellent chicken burger with unusual salad which was rather tasty. Good quality food across the board. Have been a few times now and always good standard of service.
This is a great family place or couples,good range on the menus, good service and environment along with a great selection of delicious smoothie. Reasonable prices. More gluten free please I have a tendency to feel left out!
Pleasant and friendly staff. Having blazed the trail for the upmarket burger market, GBK has been left behind by the likes of Byron and Five Guys, In fact by almost everyone in the space. Presentation is poor, the sides are expensive and the menu looks like the craft beer movement of the last 10 years never happened
The design of the restaurant was stunning - such a pleasing and comfortable place to sit! The staff were very helpful, especially with my requests regarding my vegetarian burger. Great!
Great food, fantastic coffee and very good, friendly service. Child friendly and high chairs. Pram and wheelchair access no problem. Great atmosphere and wonderful view of the Minster. Highly recommended.
Awesome staff.Handled an allergy problem with style and confidence.Couldnt do enough to enhance our dining experience. Food was top notch.I'll be back. Unfortunatly this place has closed
