Absolutely terrible service from this garage. Unreliable. Paid an absurd amount of money to get head gasket replaced. After thinking the vehicle was finally ok I found I had a number of other issues. Upon inspection by another garage it was found that many of the parts on the invoice that I had paid were not changed and the head gasket was not new as stated, and was not sealed. When I went back, these issues were not rectified and I was expected to pay more money. Avoid.

Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended. Friendly, trustworthy and reasonable. Will continue to take both cars here.

Recently I had had a full service and MOT on my Peugeot at this garage and paid £500 plus all in including parts. A week later I had to take the car back as the engine symbol had flashed up and after further investigation I was told the head gasket had gone and it wasn't worth repairing it (the gasket had been replaced 2 years earlier.) I asked if it was safe to drive the car home (7 miles away) and was told it would be ok. However, halfway into the journey, the emergency sign flashed up telling me to stop. I called the RAC and after waiting for nearly 2 hours, the RAC van appeared - on inspection it became apparent that there was no water in the coolant system, despite having been so recently serviced, and this had caused the gasket to fail. The whole experience was a nightmare, and having paid a lot of money out for what I assumed was a proper full service with water/oil levels checked I was left with a unusable car - a cowboy service.
