Good range of stock, good prices. Although your better off paying online, and collecting in store, as shop can't match online price's. Friendly staff, good parts system they have access to, usually fast and accurate. Only downside is, usually only one person serving, if there's a queue out the door, you'd better pack a flask and sandwiches.
The parts I needed were available and staff member was very helpful.
Purchased an RTX starter motor and the solenoid stuck on permanently after 5-10 minutes at idle. removed the signal wire, it stayed on at extreme speed and noise. Had to quickly disconnect my battery whilst as it got red hot and began smoking. Had I not run my vehicle for 10 minutes prior, driving to work the next day I would of found myself dancing with death. My vehicle would be burnt to a crisp. A gentle few taps with a hammer on the solenoid fixed it. I won't be trusting such an inferior part. I expect a free bosch unit and one sincere apology or this review stands, I may even take legal action.

Slowest service in the world, and unenthusiastic staff
Always my go to place for parts. Prices are good especially with the online discounts available with codes. Garngoch is the only euro car parts store to open on a Sunday but thats handy as other car parts suppliers are all shut. Would recommend online to see if parts are in stock and to book them saves a wait.
Amazing service I received from Ryan at Garngoch depot. I was on holiday in my caravan, the leisure battery failed. As I was not on electric hookup it was essential for a strong battery. Without Ryan making the arrangements for a new battery to be delivered to me, it would of ruined our holiday. Above and beyond service. Thank you
