One of our most popular wedding venues of 2024, when same families and friends are continuously using the venue that’s always a great sign! Plenty of parking and on this particular occasion there was a helicopter landing for the groom.
An amazing venue between the green fields. Very clean, tidy, well maintained venue with high capacity probably more than 2k in total. Ample free parking is available, with loading/unloading bays at the back to make it easier. The staff seems very useful and prompt with serving etc. Luxurious venue for parties and celebrations..highly recommended although could be a bit expensive
Goosedale is honestly one of a kind! The amount of compliments we got for our wedding day for the venue alone was unbelievable! We were able to use the pagoda garden for our Hindu ceremony which was a dream come true. The crystal hall has an amazing barn like field, perfect for our intimate civil. The ivory was transformed into a beautiful, fairy lit wonderland for our reception. We can’t fault Goosedale in any way, especially Nick Singh. Fantastic wedding co ordinator, provided so much support and reassurance. 100% recommend to anyone!

I've djed here a few times and the venue is outstanding in every way you can think off....The grounds and view are just mind-blowing, then there's the staff...just simply lovely!! Professional and really nice to boot. I would recommend this venue for sure
The Goosedale will hold many memories for me and my husband we got married here on 25th Nov 2023. Its such a lovely venue and the help throughout the last year from staff was amazing. The food was lovely and enjoyed by all. We cannot thank the goosedale enough for a great day. Love M&K
Just wanted to say thank you so much - me and my husband were married here last month, after the storm we were worried about being able to have the ceremony outside but the team knew how much we wanted it and thankfully we were able to! It was a beautiful day and everyone commented on the delicious food, special thanks to Laura who helped keep us organised on the day! Attended Wedding Reception here. It is in a lovely setting and has ample parking. We had an evening barbecue which was excellent, good choice, including gluten free and vegetarian options. The Bride & Groom said it was a magical experience, and everyone agreed it was an ideal venue. Staff very helpful, spotlessly clean The Garden Room and outside patio area, complemented by large pond and fountain was beautiful. There was another, much larger Wedding being held there, but it is so well thought out and designed that there was no noise from them at all. Recommended.
We had our wedding day at Goosedale on the 2nd June 2022. We had use of the crystal hall for our ceremony and the garden room for the rest of the day! We honestly had the most perfect day. The venue is really beautiful, the food was lovely and all the staff were friendly. I asked a lot of questions in the run up to the wedding but everything was answered for me with no issues. My coordinator was switched only a few weeks before the wedding but Megan was really good and they made sure everything was handed over. I wouldn’t change anything about our day and I’d definitely recommend Goosedale as a wedding venue. Thank you to all the team. : x
The place looks stunning with lots of lighting decorations, but unfortunately that's where the positive ends. I attended a Christmas party here and the food was not the best. Dry turkey and undercooked bland veg. The desert was also dry with the tiniest bit of sauce scraped onto the plate. Everything was dry. The "entertainment" was 2 ladies on stilts wearing lit up clothes and a guy with a disco ball head. Didn't fit with the smart dress code. Would be more appropriate for a kids party. The dance floor is on the small side and the DJ wasn't the best. His music blending skills need working on. I wouldn't recommend a Christmas party here.
