The team at Goodman and Lilley guided and supported me through the sale of my house. They remained in contact with me at every stage, even liaising with my solicitors. I honestly believe that without their help and determination the it may well have collapsed. I can’t praise their professionalism and hard work highly enough and would recommend their services without hesitation - they more than earned every single penny of their fee! I had the pleasure of dealing with Mandy at Goodman and Lilley Portishead branch. From start to finish I can’t thank Mandy enough she worked so hard on my behalf, she was helpful and polite at all times, always returned my calls promptly and sorted any questions i had quickly and efficiently. I can’t think of any improvements to the way Mandy conducts herself for your company. This professionalism is echoed with all the staff throughout the Goodman and Lilley branches. Being a businessman myself I know how hard it is to get good staff who care, and I’m envious that everyone in the company cares like it is there own business. Fantastic to see. Job well done. That will do!

We would like to thank the team at Portishead for their help with the selling of our house. We had a tight six weeks to complete and with the experience, dedication and support of Paula it all came together. Having not moved in 20 years we definitely needed help. I cannot thank Paula from Goodman & Lilley enough for the amazing service and professional service she provided. No problem was too big; she always found a solution. Thank you Paula for working so hard and for helping us to secure our lovely new home. We are delighted! I would highly recommend using Goodman & Lilley.

Cannot recommend Goodman and Lilley enough. As we are "distance" buyers, they have been very helpful in arranging things when we have been unable to visit the new property ourselves. We had a very smooth, no problem buy. Mandy has been brilliant with all her help as has Alex. Allround, very pleased and thank you everyone! Mr and Mrs Gerrard

Currently dealing with Mandy, through our first property purchase, and I can not recommend her enough! Having dealt with nearly all of the agents in Portishead, Mandy and the team at Goodman & Lilley are without a doubt the best in town! Always professional, approachable, and putting us at ease through probably the most stressful thing me and my partner have gone through! Mandy and Goodman & Lilley! YOU’RE THE BEST!
