Absolutely brilliant! A big thank you to Helen, Nicholas, Emma and Beth for selling my house so fast. They were really helpful, keep me up to date every week. They are very professional and trustable. I do highly recommend Westcoast. Customer service was exceptional!
I used Westcoast to manage my property as a rental while overseas for 5 years. They made it easy, found good tenants, managed repairs, everything I needed. I really recommend them. I did the same thing 2 before with other Agents, and honestly Westcoast were much better.
Highly recommend Westcoast Properties in Patchway. They were brilliant throughout the whole process. Particular shout out to Bethany who was just brilliant, so helpful, kept me updated often and seemed to go above and beyond whenever I had question/queries! I was extremely impressed with Nick, Emma and the Westcoast team; nothing was too much trouble and if the team couldn’t answer the question straightaway, they would go away and come back with the answers very quickly. Regular weekly updates from Beth made this stressful time a very easy process. I would highly recommend this company if you’re thinking of either selling or purchasing a property.
Cannot recommend Westcoast Properties enough. We were debating using Purple Bricks because of the cheap rates but Helen and Emma's local knowledge persuaded us to go with Westcoast instead. We are so glad we made this decision as the service we have receieved has been worth every single penny. Once we had accepted an offer, Beth Nash took over as the 'sales progressor' and she has been the only person keeping us sane throughout the highs and lows of selling and buying a house. Beth is professional, personable and incredibly proactive. She is really worth her weight in gold and the process of moving would be much less stressful if everyone in the process could be more like Beth! We have recommended Westcoast to all our friends and families.

The Westcoast Patchway’s friendly team always make me feel very welcome when visiting the office to collect keys or arrange viewings. Over the last few years, I have completed countless viewings which ultimately led to the successful completion of two purchases that would not have been possible without their support. The team quite literally held one purchase together, using excellent communication skills as a mediatory between the vendor and myself. On the lettings side, it was both interesting and refreshing to hear my tenants talking positively about the Westcoast Patchway team who took a very personal approach with them. This rapport really helped during a difficult transition when the tenants needed to move out. I always value the local market knowledge and support from the team when seeking more opportunities to provide good quality homes.
Have just completed and collected the keys to a lovely cottage in Weston Super Mare. The Weston office of Westcoast have been amazing all the way through the long and complicated purchase. Abi has been so helpful in pushing all the way to the end. Thanks again!!
