Not happy!! I ordered July 9th and it arrived Aug 20th. Delivery only to school which was closed or home £6.50 - could have been free considering £80 order value and I live 10 minutes away, no collection available. Size guide not useful, took the exact measures but uniform did not fit being too large. Had to return it at own expense now waiting for refund in order to place a new order because exchange is not possible. Will have to wait another 6 - 8 weeks till we have a uniform.!? No customer service, tel number is useless, delayed reply to emails.
Poor. Ordered School uniform from this sole supplier. The website is clunky and naff, during the summer there have been numerous messages regarding dispatch and cut off dates, some on the website, some appearing as pop ups. At best they're capricious, sometimes misleading conflicting or later claimed to be different. Fulfillment times are slow. The company are slow to respond to comms. The uniform itself is unremarkable, the Polo Shirts notably poorer quality than the sweaters. This is not somewhere you would shop if you had a choice. Not a single parent I have spoken to enjoys shopping or is happy with the shopping experience at Gooddies. To the point we've resolved as a group to get the school logo mapped and copied by a local embroidery company. It probably wont be any cheaper, but we'll be in control of the quality, sizes, and timescales, we wont pay £6 p&p and If you are a school looking for a Uniform Supplier, I would implore you to look elsewhere. If you are a School using Gooddies, talk to your parents. Its clear Gooddies have no incentive to improve as a sole supplier they have a monopoly and don't care. They forget who the customer is and its all for their convenience, ease of operations. Ill say it again. This is not somwhere you would choose to shop.
Not happy at all! I ordered uniform 1st week of July and still have had no confirmation! Why charge £6.50 for p&p when it's been weeks since I placed order, its not like the items are from another country that its taking this long! They are liturally couple or miles away
The uniform quality is poor for the high price paid I had to order a logo uniform from this site as they supply the school my son goes to. I've ordered a zip up fleece and the zip got stuck on a first day of use. Edit: since then, the company have replied to my review. Yes, i did purchase more uniform items from then since, as i have no choice due to school logo items being available ONLY through this company. I purchased school jumpers since, the lining of the jumper is peeling off onto my son's white polo shirts so that the shirts need the lint remover after every use, I'm dreading to think how his white shirts look at school when he takes his jumper off. I continue with my opinion, for school clothes item and the price paid for it, the quality is appalling.
I ordered my children’s school uniform a full 12 days before the cut off date 4/8/21 and am still awaiting delivery, Contacted them to be told they didn’t actually process my order until 16/8/21 which is after the cut off date and I now won’t have the uniform until mid September, I said I had my laces my order way before the cut off date and was completely ignored!! Response to reply- If you check your website it states that if you require delivery BEFORE SEPTEMBER then choose the home delivery option - Which is what I did on 4/8/21 paying £6.50 but am told it won’t be here until mid September and the last reply via email I sent was not replied too. Reading the reviews it looks like you mislead most of your customers.
Delivery was due today as I missed the parcel gooddies requested it back and then failed to reply to any enquires. Not happy at all my children go back to school in less than 2 weeks
What could be worst anymore? I ordered my kids uniform items on 26th November. Its 14 December and I am still waiting. My kids asking me every day. There is no contact number and Gooddies website isn't working. In this time, one can import something from China. I was going through the reviews of quite a few other people and it seems, everyone has same problem. We being parents need to talk with concerning school authorities, not to push us into a well called gooddies. Please don't bother typing few charming words underneath this review. Rather employ the guy wasting time on comments, packing n despatching our orders. Abnoxious.
Awful. Quality of cardigans is poor, they fade after a couple of washes. PE tops pull and the hem of one that isn’t even 4 weeks old has all unravelled. Takes weeks for orders to arrive.
Quality is awful for the price you pay! Delivery was another issue and not as advertised. Had to email and ask them that’s when items were sent. What’s upsetting for me is how ASD unfriendly, the labels are massive so super uncomfortable for my son I had to cut them off but still have to be careful with how you do it. Secondly the logo on the polo shirts doesn’t have any felt lining behind it so it was just awful for my son to wear. I’m so gutted because I have no choice. If l had l can get better quality and nicer from ASDA or TESCO. How can you not have options for children on the spectrum knowing you’re providing a product for some schools that exclusively cater to ASD children. They should be ashamed for the quality, options and prices they are charging families.
Having some school shirt size problem at their web site and come to consult them .Met a very nice lady get me the school shirt so I know what I have to choose at the web site.I am grateful for her assist and willing to help us even the place is closed already.
