Went today and it was really busy, which is understandable as it's back to school next week. What's not understandable is I patiently queued up for 25 minutes and when I got outside they had given me a 32 skirt on a 34 hanger. I went back inside to be told I'd have to join the 25 minute queue again to exchange the item - when it was there fault. Zero customer service. I have gone to a different school shop and bought the correct skirt and I will return the item next week as they certainly won't be keeping my money and in future I'll choose a school shop that can manage to put the correct sizes on the correct hangers
Do not expect any customer service when you order online. Still waiting for a uniform ordered last month. No reply to three emails!! After 20 times calling managed to get the phone picked up and was told two weeks in a row, that the order will be delivered on the weekend. Still waiting for this weekend.
Great service every time. Good range of schoolwear for the Tameside area - primary and secondary schools. Can get busy around peak times usually end of August. Also able to order items in store if they're out of stock.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! my friend tried posting a review but it kept deleting not sure why, however we went in today for west hill full uniform with our two boys this afternoon. I was served by a young girl with a white jumper, was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Very happy mothers indeed!
The customer service of this place is shocking. Ordered online our sons uniform, sent three emails - no reply, sent contact form - no reply. Order still pending. And no reply Updated - told they now have a driver and today is the due date for delivery. Just called no answer. UPDATE…. MISSING ITEM ON DELIVERY. WE CALLED THE SHOP OVER 200 ITEMS ONLY FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER AND HANG UP. YOU SIMPLY DO NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS. WE WILL COMING INYI THE SHOP TOMORROW EXPECTING AN APOLOGY AND FOR US TO COLLECT THE MISSING ITEM. Update - we went into the shop to sort out the above. The staff all looked stressed and startled. The item missing was out of stock, so why no explanation? Once we told them what happened they sorted the issue out, apologies given. It’s not the staff who are at fault, it’s the owners who run the business. They are responsible and hide away.
Very good service, they are fast and attentive to you requests. Every time I go I have been satisfy with service. Good quality of uniform at a good price. Highly recommended.
After going to the shop 4 times over a two week period to get PE shorts each time I was told they'd be the arriving the following day. I ordered them on line 4th September paid for fast delivery, I've sent multiple emails with reply,. I got a confirmation email on 17th September to say they had been posted. But still no sign. Called and was told I'd get a call back but nothing, called again a week later and they said they had definitely been posted. So she agreed that she would drive them to my house the following day, but a week later STILL NO SIGN. So it's now 7th October and no sign of the shorts. Shocking Service.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ONLINE. After waiting 2 weeks for my delivery, my 2 emails were ignored. I phoned them and was told the items were on the way. 1 week later 3 weeks after ordering my partner phoned up. He was told they were working hard getting the items to us. So I was ignored via email and lied to on the phone. Shocking service. Will be going elsewhere in future. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Trading standards have been contacted. They shouldn't be allowed to take money and not send items out untill they are ready. Lazy and liers!! UPDATE asked for s refund and they didn't do it. Instead lied again and told my sons dad they gave it I'm store. Which weren't true as I paid on card and refunds are given via payment method. Today they have said they have my items in store. It's been nearly 30 days since ordering. So not ever waste your time and money with this company.
Top marks for Top Marks! Great helpful, knowledgeable, efficient staff. Shop was easy to find. Had everything we needed and good prices, cheaper than local shop.
This shop provides outstanding quality of school wear, they constantly update there school wear when the school launches a new design for example: a softer inside, a different type of button above the zip and lots of other design changes too and there staff was very good in giving good advice on which size would be best and overall very friendly and spoke in a nice kind way. I strongly recommend this shop to buy school wear
