Decent food. Got 1 of our tables order wrong but they compensated. Could do with some refurbishment but it's fine for a basic, low cost pub grub. Personally I'd say not a place for specials occasions.
Needed a place to relax with a few beers after a long week at work, so I decided to pop in. Really nice atmosphere and it was exactly what I needed. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, but a special mention to Anna who served me with a smile and really lit up the place!
Had an amazing day at the golf was served by lovely Nicolette. Great service and customer service. Jolly and very friendly. Definitely coming back :Service: 5/5
Lovely staff very accommodating booked at short-notice on Christmas eve. Food was lovely and good prices just at little noisy but that was because there were lots of family celebrations and Christmas music

Sorry Amanda, you lost a regular today, over £1. I placed an order at the bar for food as you cant choose some of the burger options on the app. I was asked if I wanted normal fries or sweet potato fries and I said sweet potato I always go for these. When the food arrived it came with normal fries, I said straight away there was a mistake. The server took the plate back to the kitchen only to return with the same place and the ticket from the kitchen. She pointed out that the ticket said normal fries and told me that's what was put through and paid for and handed me back the plate. Having asked for one thing, received another then to be told that it's my problem I was quietly fuming.. not great customer service. I wasn't even offered the option of paying the difference to get the fries I ordered. When she cleared the plates, I'd not eaten the fries, I told her they could keep them and explained how upset I was, she said "yeah, they shouldn't have done that" - passing the responsibility on to the kitchen, taking no ownership. Shocking customer service. Checking my bank, we typically spend around £380 a month here and after today I think I'll go somewhere else.
It's a beautiful place which has a big green garden and you can eat whatever you want which is on the menu. Also, it has a playground for children so that not only adults, but also children can enjoy too! To finish, waiters are way too kind!
Me and my family usually have a great time here however tonight we had a terrible night. We waited over and 1hr and 1/2 to eat and the buns where hard as a rock and the steak still had blood ozing out. The chicken on a dish was way overcooked but cold in the middle and most of our food was cold as well. One of our dishes Came out 45 mins before the rest. When spoken to a women on the bar her reply was that it was two separate orders that there were many table and phone orders. We won't be coming back here again for a while
Nice friendly pub serving hubby's favourite beers and a decent Sauvignon.
Recently visited this pub, was a great atmosphere and enjoyed my visit. A special thanks to Anna who provided a great service and was really friendly throughout our visit!
