Had a few sets and individual clubs now and today cemented my confidence in dealing with them. Bought a set of TaylorMade p790’s and found they had been shortened. No problem whatsoever, the guys were great and Anthony sorted out a replacement set while we were there. Awesome service. Recommended.
I ordered a shaft online which arrived well packaged and on-time. Unfortunately it didn't fit. I took it into the guys and they sorted it out in their workshop in half an hour. Every time you go in here they are so helpful and there's retail nonsense, just great honest service. Keep it up guys.
Tried to phone on Friday to have a certain set of clubs moved from the warrington store up to Edinburgh, i was put on hold for 55 minutes, tried to call later, lines closed. Lines closed on the weekend. Tried to call first thing Monday morning. I was put on hold for another 25 minutes before i realised the clubs i wanted weren't even listed anymore.nnAbsolutely shocking service
Amazing selection of clubs. And helpful friendly staff. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in and came out with ping driver and 5 wood at a better price than I was expecting.And they gave me a free tool for adjusting loft etc.nAlso a shout out to the customers who gave my car a push to bump start it champions !!
If you’re looking for overpriced junk masquerading as used golf clubs, this place delivers in spades. The condition of the equipment is laughable, and the customer service? Non-existent. It’s hard to believe a shop could be this bad at both selling and basic decency.
