Great selection of clubs at good prices, but too busy, even on a Monday, to feel I was getting the best advice on club selection. Would be nice if they had a driving range to get a feel for a club, before spending 3 figures on it. They do have a sensible returns policy, but its not always easy take time to try a club, then return it to an out of town retail premises within 2 weeks. Would only use again, if I first knew exactly what clubs I wanted, and checked to see if it was in stock, as staff seem too busy to give good, personalised advice.
I’ve recently bought two clubs online in separate transactions, from the Edinburgh store. Both clubs arrived within 48hrs of order. One being delivered on a Sunday. Both clubs have been exactly as described. Great selection. Great price. Great packaging. Fast delivery. 5 stars
Now that's what I call one hell of an amazing service! I spoke to Chris on the phone yesterday morning, we did a great deal on what is effectively a mint condition driver, and by midday today it arrived! This is the first time I've used Golfclubs4cash, but it is most certainly not going to the last! This just makes other companies look bad! There's no excuse for poor service, you are setting a standard, Chris, just brilliant! Thank you so much for everything, I'm a very happy man!
I was dubious about buying gear from them because of the duty charges to Ireland and EU but this is now sorted and the price you pay at checkout is final. Had an issue with FedEx but that was sorted out immediately. The putter I bought was well packed in and in better condition than I could have hoped for. I will be using this store again. Best place going for any golfers that love to tinker or need an upgrade. It’s great having such a place close to where I stay. The staff are always eager to help and give any advice if needed. You may be able to sell your clubs for a better deal elsewhere but it’s extremely easy to sell here. The cost of purchasing golf clubs here are actually really good value considering that you get a decent period to return the club if you decide it’s not for you. Good luck trying that on marketplace!
Really impressed after a recent purchase. Great deal. Had an enquiry after completing my purchase so sent an email, answered within minutes from customer services. Also the condition scoring of clubs is so understated, the head condition of my purchase was scored as fair but it is in amazing condition. I’ll 100% be back for more purchases.
As someone who over analyses every purchase I have only just stumbled on this site. E-bay/Golfbidder etc used but not again. Very impressed, orders 3 separate clubs - Mizuno 2 Iron, Vokey wedge and ping 5 wood. All ordered, shipped next day and arrive day after. Ordered on different dates all the same. Emailed throughout as well kept updated. Clubs arrived exactly as described. Boxed very well. Conditioned mint cant fault it at all. Just gutted my I ordered a golf club via my golf course before seeing this site. Will 100% be back again 10/10.
Very good customer service, Nathan supported me extremely well through a process where I was double taxed on VAT and import duties between the UK and the Netherlands!
I ordered a Ping driver from the website for collection which said it would be ready the next day. I called the next day and they said it would be ready the following day. I get an email saying that they can't even find the driver in the warehouse why advertise products that aren't available? They asked if I wanted a different ping driver however they were all cheaper than the one I ordered and with different lofts/flex. No compensation offered so cancelled order.
Brilliant service and advice. Walked out with the perfect 3 wood and bought a cheaper model than i thought i needed as the chap said the cheaper model was a better fit. He could have sold me the expensive club but didnt.
