I was looking for a particular range of jewellery to buy a ring matching some other pieces I have. I was fearful of purchasing a ring online and so during a weekend in Cheltenham I sought out Andrew Scott store as they were listed as stockists. I cannot stress how helpful Philip was. He was helpful, patient, happy to pull out as many rings as I needed to try on. Even after I had purchased a ring, gone for a coffee and decided it was a little large, Philip patiently went through the ordering process to have a smaller ring sent from Finland and delivered to me. I observed other staff dealing with customers and giving them the same level of thoroughly knowledgeable and professional service. A beautiful store with unique, modern designs and good old-fashioned service with a smile.
I had a pleasure to photograph Andrew Scott's wedding rings on one of my recent weddings. I have never seen such an interesting wedding rings design and I have seen a lot of wedding rings!
Very lovely people who made us feel very welcome. Lots of choice and will adjust to how you would like it.
