Golden Tours did an amazing job ensuring a memorable and fun journey through the gorgeous castle of Windsor, the historical site of Stonehenge, and the lovely city of Bath. A big shout-out to Eduard and Pauly for making sure we had the most out of our time on this tour. Edward drove smoothly and made us feel safe. Paulee was one of the best tour guides I've ever had. He's witty and very smart. Coming from Asia, his talks felt like I was listening to a documentary show. Well done to both gentlemen. We'll definitely come back again and have Golden Tours take care of our future tours.
We had an enjoyable and fun time! Liza is very professional. We had plastic bags by the side of our seats to collect rubbish. Because the previous day tour does not have this arranged. So we appreciate it. It was a good experience overall and we got to know more about London. She speaks well, the pace was good. So it’s easy to understand for Asian tourist. I highly recommend this tour and Liza as the guide.
My family took two Golden Tours tours while visiting England. They were both great, but the one taken on 7/20 was exceptional. Our Guide, Peter Dragon, managed to smoothly guide the tour by switching back and forth between English and Spanish. It was pretty impressive to hear him share various facts while jumping back and forth between both languages. We were taken to Leeds Castle which my family and I enjoyed very much. Next, we were taken to see the White Cliffs while visiting the Battle of Britain Memorial. The views were breathtaking, but the memorial was also deeply moving. We then travelled to Canterbury and had ample time to visit the cathedral while walking through the streets of Canterbury and stopping for lunch. The background of Thomas Becket was shared during our journey, and plenty of tributes to Becket were found around Canterbury and within the cathedral. This is a topic that is especially interesting to me, so I loved the experience. We were taken to Greenwich to complete our journey on the Thames. The view from the Royal Observatory was stunning, and the Thames journey allowed us to see multiple sights. If you have a chance to do any your, do this one!
Great trip with spectacular scenery and places to see and enjoy. MO our driver was excellent as was our guide DAVID. David explained the history of the places we visited and saw along the way. The tour is a whistle stop tour because of distance but still thoroughly enjoyable.
This tour is packed and sometimes you feel like you want more time but it is oh so beautiful! Make sure to listen to the times and locations that you have to be at/return to because time is of the essence. The bus will leave without you. Lisa, our guide, was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you don’t purchase entries to the places, you will have to tour the locations on your own. We bought entrances, and although it feels rushed because sometimes queues are long, it is so worth it. I highly recommend taking this tour. Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath are must sees. You won’t regret it! Many thanks to the staff.
This time we went to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle with the guide Oskar. On the way to each of the sights we were given a lot of useful and interesting information. During the tour we had enough freedom and time to look at the places. It was a great tour with a great, polite and friendly guide. The bus ride went smoothly and relatively quickly. We are grateful for this wonderful event which we will remember 100 percent. Thank you very much and we would be happy to do it again!
Pauly has been a witty and funny guide along the tour. He’s been very informative along the way and giving us a lot of hacks to travel and enjoy the tour with ease. Amrish, our driver, has also been a secure, steady and comfortable driver. We always arrive early, if not, on time, on every destination. We even managed to sleep on the bus because his driving is smooth sailing. I would recommend this tour very much. 12 hours is not long enough!!
My wife and I were in London for our Honeymoon! After living in London for 6 months in college, we thought we had seen and learned it all about London’s main tourist attractions. We were wrong! This bus tour was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the city’s views while also learning about its unique history. We were fortunate to have Emma as our guide! Emma’s passion for the city, its history, and storytelling enriched our experience exponentially. She added stories and context to major attractions and hidden gems, and was excellent at pointing out the perfect photo ops. She was a 5-star guide! My wife and I highly recommend this tour for those new to the city and seasoned Londoners alike – there is something for everyone. I highly recommend Golden Tours and would absolutely take a tour with them again!
We had a great time on the Taylor Swift afternoon tea bus! We were looked after by Raja and Fernando who were excellent. The food was very yummy, we were provided with both soft and hot drinks, given free Taylor Swift friendship bracelets, and had our pictures taken. Very good value and a lovely way to see London! Highly recommend.
Long day but a great time! Loved seeing the Windsor Castle and Bath! Our group got rained on during Stonehenge but still managed to get pictures! Definitely recommend dressing warm and bringing an umbrella our bilingual tour guide was amazing!
