Attended a tour of Cotswolds and Oxford yesterday. Our guide Daisy was absolutely exemplary. Very accommodating if my mobility issues, caring and an incredibly amazing person. Our driver Robert was equally competent, great driver and wonderful. Flossy was very informative re Oxford and a delight. Thank you.
Tour guide was funny. Driver was safe. What more could you ask for? The bus was comfortable, there were foot rests and tray tables. We were comfortable enough to nap on the way back. Check the weather before you go, I wasn't prepared for how cold and rainy it was.
It was my first trip after coming to the UK. I booked 3 tickets for me and my friends for the Stratford, Cotswolds and Oxford trip. At first we were not sure about the money we put in but now I can definitely say this was the best investment so far. Darren was hands down the best and the most entertaining guide ever. He gave us so much insights on the background of all the places we were visiting and also told us where all we could go. He even stopped for bathroom breaks and told us where to find one in the places visiting. We left our bags in the van and he made sure it was all safe. I'm definitely booking my next trip with them. The amount was inclusive of guide and transportation from and to London. Thank you for giving us a wonderful time.
We booked with them MONTHS before our trip. It was for our honeymoon. Planned our entire stop in London around a half day tour of Stonehenge. They sent us a message less than 30 days out from our booking that there was a "system error" that allowed us to book on the day we selected. They can't offer us a tour that day but could offer one on any of the flanking days. They wrote "please get back to me soon". They also said if I didn't like the change, I had to request a cancel, not them cancel on me. I messaged back within 30 minutes stating that this was our honeymoon, we were only there for that day for this tour and we planned our stop around them, asking if there's anything we can do. It has been days and they still haven't responded to me. It is too close to the date to find any other tours. I likely will cancel for fear of losing my money but I am extremely disappointed and will not book with them ever again.
Today I took a trip to the white cliffs of Dover and Canterbury, it was a very interesting and enjoyable trip however I did notice at the end of the trip our guide had sent a little blue box down the coach asking for tips, the box had a top half and a second bottom draw, however she had only split the tips at the top of the box with the driver keeping the rest for herself. I had brought this up with the driver and I don’t believe it’s fair of her to be hiding the tips which we were told was for the both of them. This doesn’t take away from the fact they were both amazing and made to trip enjoyable even with some minor traffic issue but I found what I saw to be dishonest and unfair as they both done an amazing job and we were under the impression it would be split evenly between them.
I wanted to see the White Cliffs of Dover from London and was going to take a train but there was strike happening, luckily I came across this tour last minute and decided to just go for it, and I’m glad I did. The tour takes you to the cliffs which you can explore on your own or go to to the castle and then afterwards to Canterbury which was a pretty cool town. Lucked out too cuz the weather was gorgeous in June 2022.
Had a great time on the tour of Stratford-Upon-Avon, the Cotswolds, and Oxford. Good way to visit all in one day. Our tour guide Gareth was friendly and knowledgeable. The driver was also great. Would use them again and recommend then for their other day tours.
I had an incredible trip to the Cliffs of Dover and Canterbury, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our tour guide, Tom, was absolutely amazing. His knowledge of the history and culture of the area was impressive, and he made the whole journey so engaging and informative. Additionally, Sean, our driver, added an extra layer of fun to the trip. His friendly demeanor and sense of humor made the long drives between destinations enjoyable. Together, Tom and Sean made this trip a memorable and delightful experience that I won't forget. Thank you for such a fantastic tour!
