Golden Shell

I ordered from the just eat app at 7pm and at 2030 my order hadn't arrived. According to the app it had been delivered at 2000 but nothing here. I spent half an hour trying to get through to the restaurant but it was engaged the whole time. If you cannot handle the orders coming in then do not accept them! First and last time for me...avoid!

After ordering in the restaurant I decided the food was nice, hence I will telephone order. 2.5 hours later my food arrived cold, batter and chips soggy and a driver waiting to be tipped. Totally spoiled my once a week takeaway. One star because in house order was nice. I won't buy here again.

We order from this Chinese every week. Disgusted at the level of service. Basically told us we are liars when we did not receive part of our order which is the same every week. Please avoid at all cost. We have been customers for years and this is how we get treated. Pathetic is me being kind. I will not be back and will ensure people I know boycott as well.

Doesn't even deserve a 1! Myself and my daughter had prawns and now both end up severely poorly with food poisoning! Obviously off or reheated will never order again. When I tried to contact the shop I didn't get a answer

What a terrible service , preordered at 18:45 for 20:15 and they phone me at 20:50 to say they are busy and do I still want my order ! Duh I don't think so as it would take another 40 mins or more , unacceptable and will not use again , oh and I've got to wait 5 to 10 days for my card to be refunded , nice one just eat !

THANKFULLY THIS PLACE HAS CLOSED DOWN, NOW RENOVATED AND THOROUGHLY SPOTLESSLY CLEAN OPENED AS "Joy Eat" and the food is amazing.

Dreadful food, we all ended up with dodgy stomachs after eating from here. Customer service is dreadful too. Avoid if any sense

Food is good but they refuse to take responsibility for mistakes they makewhich can be very often.

Got a delivery, was prepared and delivered quickly. Distinctly average
