Love the food from here. Very pleasant delivery driver as well. Just have to order a little earlier when wanting food as you could be waiting up to 45-60 mins. But well worth it.

Poor customer service. Tried to change my order from delivery to collection and was told it couldn't be done as it was too much hassle!! Order was late and not complete. When I rang and said I wasn't happy I was told how many orders they'd had. Erm not my problem. £3 delivery paid to be told by staff on phone I wouldn't have paid that as I'd ordered through Just Eat, wrong!!!! £3 charged to my bill. Never again!!!!

Was told that my food would arrive at 1930 which then they changed it to 2000. Good didn't arrive till 2045. I will not be using these again

we are aware that we ordered our food 20 minutes before closing but that shouldn't change their quality and quantity of the food. the woman on the phone was very rude and told me to "hurry up, we're nearly closing" and the food arrived 15 minutes after my phone call, which is highly unusual for a Saturday night, over cooked, tasteless and lacking. Needless to say we will not be ordering from this place ever again and if you are planning on ordering from Phoenix 2 I urge you to reconsider as you may not receive the best quality of food you pay for.

Small quiet restaurant, basic décor but the food is amazing and a good price. The young ladies who were working tonight were very friendly and welcoming.
