Placed a simple order at 19.50 on just eat app, firstly said it would be delivered at 20.30, which was then changed to 20.55. At 20.20 no delivery so called to ask where it was and got told it’s just being bagged up now, I asked if there would be any form of refund to be told no but they would put something extra in, I asked for a bottle of soft drink to be told I could have cans of pop, I said ok 3 diet cokes will do to be told, he wouldn’t give 3 but might give 2. After stating that my order was for 3 people he finally agreed to 3! I have used Everest for years but won’t again. my order finally arrived at 21.40 1 hour and 50 minutes after placing the order, who wants to eat at that time of night! Absolutely Ridiculous.

Shocking ordered pizza at 19.55 was told 45mins to a hour rang back up at 21.05 still not arrived was told was just setting off rang again at 21.20 still not here told if not here in 5mins will cancel turned up at 21.30 told driver to take back cancelled. Been a customer of these for a number of years order nearly every week not a apology not nothing from company that's it done will order else where.

Food is always cold and they cannot meet the delivery time they say And when you ring to complain you get bad customer service

Ordered waited queried waited arrived cold . Second time in succession. Will NOT order from them again .

Ordered food from the takeaway last night recommended by friends. Only gave it two star rateing due to food was wrong, price was more expensive on arrival than stated, execptioanly rude and arogrant young lady taking the orders. Shame really as the food we did get was quite good. Would I use them again probably not.
