Worst McDonald’s ever! Been here on several occasions but all my orders have been wrong for example; I’ve been given a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger on all visits!! 

Today’s visit, the 13th of January 2018 happened to be the worst. I ordered, 2 20 nuggets, 6 nuggets, a chicken mayo, 2 cheeseburgers, 3 large fries & a hamburger happy meal. When I pulled up to the window to pay the employees were too busy talking to notice that my card payment haven’t gone through. Anyway, I pulled up to the next window & Out of what I ordered they only gave the 2 20 nuggets, 6 nuggets & the chicken mayo. When I question where the rest of my food was she started at me blankly & then looked at the monitor & turned around & started packing the rest of our food. She then handed me the rest of the food & she also started to talk to the rest of her employees, not even a sorry from any of them. 

I think all staff at McDonald’s Worksop need better training & manners. They are all extremely rude & grumpy.

Every time i ask for fresh food as if you dont your food is cold. And every time i never get fresh food. I went in tonight to change the food as it wasn't  fresh and was rubbery and they replaced it with more rubbery food. Will not be going any more. Sick off paying for food thats not even tasty as its been sat waiting for how ever long

Food always cold. Or forget something in your order. More interested in talking than getting on with there jobs. Chips always undercooked and soggy. U get things u didn’t order. Rubbish all over the place with rats helping themselves. Staff are thick ask them where rest of your order is after going through drive through and all you get is a vacant glare with the monkeys swinging and talking about customers behind there backs.
