Spoken with team member on Saturday 24/05/25. Regarding ordering pizzas for my child’s birthday to arrive on Sunday. Turned up late ruined her party with her friends NO APOLOGIES, NOTHING HENCE AVOIDING THIS Place from now.
Very disappointing. Ordered pizza with 2 toppings, no toppings added didn't open box in the shop so too late to drive back. Cheeseburger pizza has no gherkins just vinegary pickled cucumber who tasted very strong and overpowered anything else on the pizza. Quality used to be much better. Frozen pizza tastes better.
Pizza used to be very good but my two recent orders were just not up to standard. There were so many bubbles in my dough. There was a bit of meat on a vegetarian pizza. They did not put my sauce on the pizza both times. Both were burnt badly but arrived lukewarm. There was pineapple on one of my pizzas which I despise. I think it’s stupid when I’m paying so much I except better. I really don’t think it’s worth the money anymore, specifically this store too.
Shocking food now ... pizza was like the box it come in .its gone down hill nearly as bad as the one in Dinnington .the best thing you can do is get rid of the lose end staff who don't care about your food or customer. As this will lose your money .if you keep serving the shocking food
Just been to collect an order from dominos and bit into my pizza to find a finger nail, rang them 8 times no answer guessing they turned their phone off!nI drove back up and took my pizza back asked for a refund and a new pizza as this was very unhygienic. Manager was rude and unhelpful told me that I couldn’t get a refund due to him already making the pizza. Then had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my pizza. I won’t be going here again
