I enjoyed the location. The facilities were first class - clean, quality toilets and spiritual/prayer room (rare). The food and coffee were of a very good. Easy to park, easy to find the event.

Rooms were large and comfortable but dated with paper thin walls. Staff were mostly polite, helpful and friendly with only two exceptions. Hotel was clean. All 'breaks' for conference were well stocked with a good selection. Conference rooms were mostly modern although pens, paper and water should really have been provided Food for dinner was rubbish with hardly any choices. Food for lunch was enjoyable with a better selection.

Hotel entrance for the first time visitor  impress.lobby and conference halls  are spacious.rooms are spacious. It will be fine if  pen and writing pad is provided. Over all
 had a good time for 3 days. thanks

Update,shortly after posting my original review,Stephen from customer support arrived at my door. Was a pleasant surprise, he was going to help with kettle, but I'd realised by that point cable was just tied up on base. Moved it to the other table and he asked if I had any other questions or concerns. Very thoughtful, explained some of the things that are in one way small but if a wheelchair user or less mobile are impractical and could spoil your stay here. So he took a note of everything as they are planning to refurbish this room along with others in the near future. He also provided extra things like a chair to use in bathroom as no shelf beside basin and an extra bin. Oh and most importantly extra tea bags and sugar. Am impressed by the speed with which Stephen responded to my comments and was happy to look at things from my perspective and in view of future visits for anyone coming here to stay. I am optimistic that he will be able to share the information with those who will be refurbishing this room. Maybe next time I'm here it will of changed and be even better than it already is.  I've amended my original review to reflect changes from when I  first got here a few hours ago. Am impressed by the quality of room I'm staying in, it's wheelchair accessible. Though I was disappointed at height of table where kettle, coffee and tea are at. Much higher than expected and not suited for anyone sitting in chair. Other than that I'm pleased with what is here. Yes something's are not perfect but they have found ways to accommodate me and know that staff are here to help and that makes life much better. Can enjoy weekend here now the rest has been taken care of.

I stayed in the hotel after an operation in the adjoining hospital.  Fantastic place!  Can't  say enough good stuff about the hotel and hospital.
