Stayed 10th December. After reading some reviews we were a bit worried. However our room was spotless the only downside was noise from traffic. Bed comfortable. Soft white towels and lovely and warm. Reception  staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Room was basic with a build up of dirt around overflow drain in bath. Reception staff were very polite however the manager refused to move my date after I booked wrong day even though they had availability and Booking.com also didn't have an issue to move the date. I would have payed an admin fee for the inconvenience to the hotel too.  So I payed for two nights when only one could be used. Money wins over customer service.

We have stayed here several times but on this occasion we were extremely disappointed. Albeit reception and proximity to airport was excellent they failed in the accommodation. Room was very badly in need of refurb. Had to make two calls for service to get TV to work only to find so few Chanel options because there was no cable. The worst thing was an office chair that I would have been embarrassed to put into a skip. Most of the fabric on seat and backrest were so worn that there was no faux leather left but a grey dirty looking mesh beneath. If I hadn't been concerned about creating a fire hazard I would gladly have put it outside in the corridor. There is no excuse for something like this in a bedroom. We did mention it on our departure but although they listened as we checked out, we were not convinced that anything would change before the next guest checked in. Totally unacceptable. I would have attached the photo I took but could not find a way to do it.

Arrived late but was still able to get food and a drink.  Breakfast was great. I love haggis only spotted on 2nd breakfast.  My room was great. Staff lovely and help in anyway they can.....not the cheapest but worth it for me.  I was able to get to Rah easily.  Thank you x

Just don’t stay here if you want a good night sleep. Beds and pillows are as hard as concrete. The sheet doesn’t fit the bed and is full of holes. It feels like I’m laying on a slope and my body weeks like I need to go see a physiotherapist as I’m in agony all over even my ears. The pillows and duvet look about 20 years old under the duvet cover and pillow cases.nAs for the noise all night….people hanging around in the corridors talking and making noise outside room doors at 1 & 2am.nI stays here years ago and it was the most comfortable bed I’d ever slept in but obviously thing have dramatically changed for the worse.nHonestly don’t even give this a try u les you want a back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee problem even my sides hurt!nCleanliness of the bath room isn’t up to much either!
