I would not order from these guys! They get your order wrong, with missing items, then when confronted, they say they have no real evidence of it, so can't do anything about it! Then short changed me for next time. Rung them up & gave me nothing but abuse, ie. ''P*ss off your order was delivered'' .. ''We told you 45minutes, stop ringing'' .. A load of verbal. This Golden Grill needs closing down. Cold food on arrival waiting 1 hour every time. Crap quality food. Arrogant & very ignorant staff who can't understand any English. The worst takeaway outlet I have ever encountered & I've had some bad ones in my time, but this Golden Grill needs shutting down & I will report them to every online food chain such as ''just-eat'' ''fillmybelly'' ''hungerhouse''. You aint ripping me off & getting away with it you a**holes! I hope your microwave to heat your burgers & kebabs breaks down!
the pizza was soggy, the chicken wing disgusting and i was well over an hour to be delivered. if that wasnt bad enough the delivery driver told me he had no change! when i told him i wanted my change he just smiled and repeated 'no change' it was only a couple of pounds but i think it is absolutely disgusting I have basically just been robbed! I will NEVER order from here again and I suggest nobody else does.
Ordered online and received a call after 5 minutes to confirm the order. Then received another call 45 minutes after that asking me to give the order again, as they couldn't work their systems. Food arrived 90 minutes after the original order estimated time was 40 minutes and they asked me to come out to them because they couldn't find the building. Food was hot, but really soggy. Never ordering from them again, and I wouldn''t advise anyone else to either.
Ordered a pot of garlic mayo which never arrived. Specified on the phone that i wanted plain mayo on the kebab was told he would write it down and yet it was delivered with garlic mayo on it. The food was stone cold boyfriend said it tasted like it had come straight from a freezer. Ordered a strawberry yazoo and yet it came with a banana yazoo :/. Rang up to tell them about the food, mayo and the drink was told he had no idea why the food was cold when it was delivered straight away to his knowledge but this couldnt have been the case or the food wouldve been at least warm. He told me there was nothing he could do about the kebab and mayo as the person i spoke to prior to delivery denied that i had asked for plain mayo which i had!! Overall there was nothing they could do about the cold food and wrong drink. Poor customer service. Wont be ordering from them again!!
Rubbish. I ordered take out from them not only did I get the wrong order but the food was cold and split in the bag. I called and requested a refund and explained what happened. I was told I'd be refunded and they never refunded me. I will never get food there again.
Had a couple of drinks and discovered your fridge is a barren wasteland? May I introduce the golden grill.... Delicious kebabs and chips, great price and speedy delivery.
Disgusted with the food and customer service. I used to order from here all the time but after my recent order i will not be using again this is what you get for your money
This place is discusting send me cold food then have cheek to tell me carnt have my money back !!! And then telling me there gona send it out again half hour later !!! Wouldnt order from ere again ! Fuming
OH MY GOD!!! THE BEST FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN! IT WAS SO AMAZING! I ALMOST CRIED BECAUSE IT WAS SO GOOD! I ORDERED SOME WHEN I WATCHED THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL AND I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN REAL SCORED AND I TOOK MY FIRST BITE OF THE DONNER! PEOPLE! THIS IS THE FOOD FOR MADRIDSITAS! HALA MADRID LALALALALALALALALALA! AND FOR THOSE THAT DIDN'T LIKE IT, DON'T BE A LEMON! BE A ROSE BUD AND THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE BECAUSE STONE COLD SAYS SO AND IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THIS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T SEE ME AND I AM THE KING OF THE KING SO I GOT TWO WORDS FOR YA! SUCK IT!
Delivery man was lovely. Food was terrible and took a long time to arrive. Wouldn't order from here again. Snm.
