1st time visiting & we were welcomed by a lovely member of staff & asked about allergies etc. We had visited for our daughters 7th birthday & they made a real effort for her. I'd noted we wanted a particular seat on booking due to accessibility needs & that was sorted without me needing to mention anything further which was fantastic. Drinks order was taken then food ordered 5mins later, food took around 15mins which was great for hungry children! Food was incredible, they even bought a slice of cake with a candle and sang to my daughter. Fabulous! Kid-friendliness: They really were great with our children!
a good experience at TGI Friday's! The service was good, and the staff was amazing in getting our table ready. It's great that the drinks and food came quickly, and the staff was friendly. However, it's a shame that the floor was a bit dirty and the prices were shocking, even with the kids' meal deal. Overall, a good experience, despite the higher prices.
From opening up the door the service was impeccable! We had Henry as our server and he was great. Polite, humorous and was tentative to anything we needed. The food was delicious and we had the £7 lunch deal. Couldn't fault it. The portions we a surprise aswell as i wasn't expecting so much food for the price. Would highly recommend and again thanks Henry for the great service.
Went on a Saturday night without a reservation, had to wait only 5-10 mins and we were then seated. The 2 for 1 cocktails were great and we took full advantage of those! The food came out quickly and was very tasty. Highly recommend coming here and our server Amber was very attentive and helped with recommendations!
Recently visited here for a friend’s birthday meal. Restaurant was busy but attentive staff gave the whole experience a real personal touch. The staff couldn’t do enough and the birthday girl had a great time. Food was prompt despite it being a busy Friday night. Really tasty and good value too in a world where the cost of dining has gone through the roof. I highly recommend the Wall to Wall Chicken!
We went in on the 23/02/24 for my husband birthday. It took over 2 hours to get our food and leave. We went in at just after opening. There was only 1 other group In at the time and only 2 more since. Both of them was table for 2 and the one that was already there was table of 4 and we was a table of 3. The food didn’t taste right. The service was great. The person who sat us didn’t even give us the right menus. We wasn’t happy about our visit at all!
Excellent friendly service. We were served by Liz C who looked after during our visit. Food was good value for money and atmosphere was great. Would have preferred a slightly larger portion, but we'll cooked and a very tasty burger. Overall it was a very enjoyable meal and will definitely return.Food: 4/5
Never eaten at TGI’s before and never will again. First off was amazed at the prices, way more expensive than I had imagined it would be. Was hoping it would be justified but when it arrived the portions were tiny and most of it cold. Also took an age to arrive. Staff were friendly enough but overall very very disappointing.
Had a lovely bottomless brunch with my friends, had great service from all the staff but our lady Maddie did the most for us! will be coming back again :Food: 5/5
Absolutely wonderful food and customer service, the restaurants manager and staff are excellent especially Lydia who served us. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a premium meal. The restaurant isn't too busy either depending on the day so perfect for anyone no matter the ageFood: 5/5
