Very dissaponted today! Ordered a mild chicken curry and got given a shrimp curry with the rest of my order... Customer service is appalling! Never had an apology... just what do you want me to do about it! Put it right and give your customer some sort of compensation... Went back to get a chicken curry and it wasn't mild plus all our food was cold by then. We all make mistakes but main point is how you make it right. Very disappointing! Ruined our evening..
Absolutely shocking, we sat at waited 40 mins for our food which is fine, they continuously called out number 28 to which was left on the side for 30 minutes at least, we were last people in the shop and the boy asked if we were number 29, they then picked up the box they were calling out 28 to and left for 30 minutes and tried to give it to us, when confronted that actually you weren’t saying 29 for that they denied and one particular member of staff was very very rude and should not deal with customers , after her arguing back with me for 5 minutes they then realised that they were shouting the wrong number and the manager refused to give a refund to us and when taking food home it was all cold and had to be reheated in oven.
Good food. Wide variety of dishes to choose from. Well prepared and tasty. Friendly and helpful staff.

The food is always gorgeous. Love the special curry, vegetable curry, chilli beef, sweet and sour chicken and aromatic duck.
beautiful food and service. they are fast and the workers there are polite. my family order mainly every saturday or friday. highly rate this place and recommend it
Terrible service! They took our order on the phone and we went after 30mins as they asked. Unfortunately they had no record of our order when we went to collect. They then left us standing there in the shop for 40mins, but still no food! In the end we left and had to make jacket potatoes at home.
Great food! Great timings! Can thoroughly recommend the crispy chilli beef, crispy wontons. We have also gone there for the chips as they are lush and a lot less greasy than the chippy!
Having lived in several places across the UK, golden fields is by far my favorite chinese takeaway! Always order when I'm down visiting family, and I've never been disappointed
Lovely food. Friendly staff. The chow mein around I personally believe.
