Friendly pub with a lovely beer garden. They serve food but not much for a vegetarian or vegan. A little more effort with the menu and atmosphere it would get a 5
Cold beer, Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. All at a great price! Unfortunately food no longer served here, but the owner is cool and you can get fish n chips from a chippy down the road or a curry froma a tandori rest.
The garden area was nice. The furniture was a bit old. The pub itself was nice and staff where polite. I wernt a big fan of the food. Felt a bit rushed and almost microwave style
Nice local pub. Went in for a friend's birthday event over Halloween, it wasn't too busy, the bar staff were very attentive and it was nice to see families with children being allowed to enjoy themselves.
I attended this venue for my Aunt's wake. The staff were all helpful and respectful. The room was spacious and the garden lovely. Highly recommended
Great down to earth pub, you can buy in take away
The new owner has really turned this pub around. It used to be dark and oppressive and as a single lady I always felt uncomfortable walking in. Now my son and I love sitting in the garden together and seeing the lovely meadow garden. The food is great value and tastes fresh too. It really does have a friendly family feel about the place. I’m glad to now have a decent local pub for us to enjoy!
Good for meet ups. Had a good experience great cheers. Parking coulb be better?
