Extremely good Tandoori! I wanted something spicy and very hot. I knew from past experience that chicken vindaloo was just that. Goa's vindaloo was spot on and extremely good. WARNING to those who have low tolerance for hot and spicy. This Goa Vindaloo is 5 stars for taste and 5 stars for hot! If you like it hot and very tasty -Goa should be high on your list for takeaway.
Ordered a lamb byriani and it was absolutely delicious. Really large portions I had the other half for lunch today and it was just as nice. Had forgotten just how nice their food is. Can highly recommend
Ordered a rogan josh .... was horrible, had the consistency of a korma but thinner and was taistless.. never order again
Ordered a rogan josh hahaha sent a cream sauce. Rogan josh is tomato pepper onion coriander and herbs Called to complain and was told that its cream based Would never get from there again obviously they have never heard about allergens and menu description. So basically they send you what ever they feel like All dished should have the allergens listed not just add them no wonder people get ill when so called industries exist
Decided to try as a result of previous reviews. Glad I did. The Best curry I have had for a long time. Great quality. Tasty and worth the price. Goa will definitely be first choice in future.
This has been my go to Indian restaurant for years and will continue to be for years to come. Everything is always very tasty and delivered quickly. Can’t go wrong with Goa.
My first visit here last night. Had the chicken tikka vindaloo, keema rice, garlic & keema naan, 4 onion bhaji, papadums & pickles. Hadn't checked prices before going, was amazed to get a good chunk of change from £20. The food was spot on. Fair enough heat for a vindaloo compared to nearby competitors. Wasnt a runny sauce had a nice thick consistency. Decent amount of chicken full of tikka flavour. Plenty of meat and good chunks of garlic in the naan, if you love garlic this is one to try. Keema rice was well packed too. We have tried around 30 different indians within about 20miles. So far this has equalled the best and will be our number one so long as our 2nd visit is as good. Really hoping for consistency because we will be happy to stay with this one. As I'm sure you have guessed, from this visit we fully recommend that you give Goa a try.
Consistently good, probably the best curry house on Ellesmere Port. My only issue would be that their Pathia is not like anywhere else, it's a bit generic, not a rich tomato and onion tasting of sweet and sour as I'm used to. If it wasn't for that it would be 5 stars. But having said that still the best in the Port.
New Year’s Eve Ordered a vindaloo which was basically a tray of sauce with prawns. Very disappointed I chose to collect and was disturbed by lack of covid precautions. No screen on counter . Staff with no masks. No social distancing. No sanitizer. Delivery drivers in and out with no masks.
Really enjoyed our takeaway tonight all the food was delicious would highly recommend good quick service definitely be going back again check it out
