Two experiences of taxis being over an hour late even when booked in advance, first time wasn't even offered a discount even though it caused me to miss two trains and be late for work, costing me a total of £30 in lost wages and new train tickets on top of the cost of the taxi. Won't be using them any more

Not staff but a member of the public. Taxi turned up slightly earlier than expected but no problem. Pleasant driver. Cheaper than Broadway taxis and at least they answered the phone at 10.30 pm. No complaints at all.

Our driver arrived 5 minutes early for our airport transfer, we had a smooth and enjoyable drive, will definitely be using Go Green for all of our taxi needs.

I regularly use Go Green late at night from Didcot Parkway, when the taxi arrives I always receive a text with the registration of the car, this makes locating the car a breeze, the drivers are always chatty and polite.

I was booked a Go Green airport transfer for a business trip, the driver arrived promptly, greeted me at my door, helped load my luggage into the car and unload once at the destination. This was my first experience with the company and will be using them again for personal use.
