Consistently awful customer service. The cabs I have booked over the last 2 years, have ALWAYS been late. They have a local monopoly, and therefore have no incentive to improve the customer experience. When you ring to speak to someone, they blame their own app, saying that the app doesn't provide an accurate ETA. (NB, in the past 2 years, the app has always given a 7 min wait time, this has never varied). When you ring to ask for an ETA on your taxi, the staff are rude, explaining that they "Cannot guarantee taxis will be dispatched on time", and we inform all our customers of this. This is a lie, as Cabco issue text messages confirming that the taxi has been booked, and will arrive at X time. I have worked in many places throughout the world, inc small towns and busy cities, and have never known any Taxi Company mislead and lie to customers as much as Cabco do.

By far the best taxi firm in west Berkshire. Staff was very friendly, as well as the polite driver. Nice clean car, backed up by a well presented driver. Price quoted was what I paid. The app/text messages was very professional, letting me know when/where my cab was. I certainly would use them again!!

They have some very helpful drivers who are courteous also only have had one problem with a back room member of staff but as far as i know she has been sacked and she was the worst cost them my buisness for a while as i said while she was there i boycotted them.

Booked the night before for the next morning, cab did not arrive on time and I missed my train. When I called the office after 3 attempts someone picked up and was extremely rude and told me it was my fault to use the app for booking and not cancelling. Well the app gives an error and your office staff clearly do not understand English, had no appreciation for the fact that because of the taxi being late I was put in a position of inconvenience. Worst service ever experienced
