Terrible service. Booked for husband's birthday meal. Called when they were 5 mins late, talking to the main office and the call cut out (or did they hang up?) Called back several times, left messages but no response. By the time they were 25 mins late we had no choice but to drive ourselves. Truly awful. Save yourself the bother and book someone else.

Booked a taxi a day in advance for a group, and I happened to look at my emails to see that they just cancelled it with no explanation nor any help to rebook. "If our chosen provider are unable to allocate you a driver we'll automatically find you another driver for the same price, you don't need to do anything." Very disappointed DO NOT USE

Simply didn't turn up. When I called the number (which was a landline) it said the phone was switched off. Do not use!!
