I highly recommend this clinic. The staff are helpful, know about their products and the manager Caroline, her customer service is amazing. I initially walked in for some advise and ended up booking in for a course of treatments and have no regrets. What I also like is The clinic is clean and well presented and hygiene levels are 10/10. The laser does work and I have seen such a reduction in my growth after a few sessions.

I have only had 2 appointments out of 12 but i feel obliged to write this review already as this place is heaven! I can't recommend Caroline & team enough. They truly do care about their clients whilst delivering excellent communication, unbeatable prices and expertise. They've made a client for life after my first visit - 10/10, great job in every aspect.

As a 61 year woman who is just starting to transition from male to female Caroline and staff were very helpful recommending treatments for my whole body hair removal. Lovely Caroline was more than happy to schedule a patch test on my underarm and after that was successful she made an appointment to do my first whole body treatment, which by the way was not painful for me at all.  Going back to my initial consultation there wasn’t a hard sell on her part. Caroline gave me options and said that it was my treatment plan and i was the boss….. Luckily for me, I was put on a payment plan and put a £250 deposit and I pay after my treatments. I’m sure there’s a plan for anyone needing hair removal or any other treatment they give.  As for me, my journey to womanhood has begun and I thank Caroline and the rest of the staff at The Laser & Skin Clinic for getting my hairy body Silky Smooth. XOXO

Absolutely wonderful experience, the staff are super friendly and experienced. Petra is very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly, she has incredible attention to details and patience. I have my full body laser removal in this clinic and I have seen great results. Petra was absolutely amazing on today session. She was professional and polite - the best therapist I had at this clinic so far! She constantly checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. Highly recommend!!!

I booked a course of 8 laser hair removal sessions and I am now halfway through my course. I am blown away with the results! My hair growth has massively reduced and I no longer have to shave twice a week.  In some areas on my legs the hair growth hasn’t come back at all!! I cannot wait to see my results after 8 sessions. Do not waste your time or money on clinics that do not have medical grade lasers like this clinic does.  The clinic and is immaculate and everyone working there is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Laser and skin group clinic. I’m in the middle of a hair removal treatment and it’s going really great. The staff in a clinic is super kind and helpful especially Caroline who is always so lovely with positive and welcoming attitude. Also big thank you to Petra the best therapist ever. My initial consultation and patch test with Caroline was exceptional, she gave me all the information in detail answered all my questions and more. Very friendly, welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable.  My first full body laser session with this lovely clinic. Petra was amazing explained everything throughout the procedure, made me feel extremely comfortable, kept checking on me, quick and detailed application. She’s amazing, although it’s my first time meeting her I I felt like I’ve known her for years. Wasn’t painful at all and she made me feel very comfortable. Have only done 2 sessions of laser hair removal and I’ve already noticed a huge difference in my hair growth- It’s much thinner and grows back much much slower, It’s even completely got rid of my hair in a couple of places! Caroline has been so wonderful and explained everything to me because It’s first time ever having a treatment like this done and I was a bit anxious. She’s so kind and accommodating and I’m excited to see my results after i’ve had the full 8 sessions.
