I went in there know that the customer service was going to be terrible. I had read the previous reviews and the only reason that I went there is because it the only shop I know of near by that sells the style of closing that I like. Thought I would elaborate in an online review. The people running the shop have no idea what they are doing and do not care. I asked the assistant in the shop if they sold bondage trousers, and if you know anything about punk goth fashion then you would know what those are, I asked twice and they had no clue what I was asking for even though I found a pair in the shop looking for myself. They asked me for my size I told them and they still kept trying to get me to buy trousers that were 2 sizes too small, even though I kept saying that they are the wrong size. I kept asking for trousers in pink they kept trying to sell me a pair in red, then when I asked if they had a changing room the shop assistant asked me to go into the room next door to the upstairs shop display to try them on without any privacy. Its obvious that these people know little about what they are selling and do not care about customer service, and its shame because the products themselves are decent quality but the customer service its bad. And thats on top on the fact that the prices are overblown.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This place is an absolute joke to Camden. My first time I have ever been and I went in with my mum, I’m just 21 and I’m quite a young girl and I was fully taken advantage of when entering the store. As soon as I walked in the older man that must be the owner said I’d love the shop etc, I had a first look around and then a younger man around 25-30ish asked my size and said they had larger sizes upstairs, I didn’t want too go upstairs as I was in a strange place but they pressured me into going so I went upstairs with the younger man, whilst upstairs he kept telling me how pretty I was, telling me stuff would look nice on me etc and was overly very inappropriate towards me. They kept my mum downstairs and wouldn’t let her come up, she went outside thinking I wasn’t going to buy anything, when I came down with a pair of pants, the old man said inappropriate things to much such as they don’t get pretty girls like me in the store and made me feel very uncomfortable, they then told me they were £85 to which I was absolutely blown away as they weren’t good enough quality for that price, I felt as though if I said no I would be hurt or worse so I paid for them and very quickly left. My mum obviously was very shocked at the price so she went back in and they refused to take them back and give a refund, they came up with £30 back for them in cash which is ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Just read on my local Nextdoor app that a few young boys went in this shop and they tried to entice one into the basement and blocked there exit when they wanted to leave. The boys were very scared and eventually managed to get out of the shop. Disgusting behaviour I’ve told the mother to ring the police and report them. Be careful if your children enter this shop.

Wow.  What a disaster of an experience.  The owner is telling people he does not like to come back in 10-15 mins.  He dies not want you taking pictures in his store.  And, the kicker, he does not let you try anything, including pants, on.  What a waste of time.

I went to this store and was very excited when I saw the clothes and the different amount of accessories they had and I was definitely doing to buy something as this store has some amazing and beautiful stuff. but wanted to look around first. But the owner of the store was very rude and inappropriate to me and wouldn't let me look around properly. And I found him very intimidating and very unprofessional. Its such a shame as this is a lovely clothing store but the elderly man's attitude is the issue

Avoid! Really don't recommend going in. Clothes and accessories look great I will admit, but staff are creepy and intimidating. Overbearing and try to get you to go into the basement, try on their rings, compliment you excessively.. Even if their intentions are good, they should understand this type of behaviour especially towards young girls is not okay. I mean, the guy who I presume owns this shop thought I was ten years old at first and still continued this behaviour! Even if you have a totally smooth experience, you shouldn't give these people money! Do not doubt the reviews, find alternative clothing elsewhere in camden as there is plenty to choose from around here :

I was excited by the look of the place as it had cool trousers on display and decided to go in. My friend asked where to find an item and the man rudely replied it's a self serve store look yourself, I found a rack of band hoodies and teeshirts and was looking at a mayhem hoodie the staff make you feel uncomfortable and tower over you everywhere you look. They had alot of second hand shoes including new rocks down the back of the store so I asked the size of a pair and they wouldn't tell me but insisted I try on, the shoes fitted so I asked how much and then kept saying he had to ask the boss who said £300 which is NOT what they cost new and the old man kept insisting they where new after me and my friend explained they where £150 new we eventually got them for £80 after all that they kept trying to get us down to the basement.  The store is filled with amazing stuff but doesn't have prices. I wish the staff would be normal and not make me feel so intimidated as it could be an amazing store.

Do not shop here. The men that work there are extremely aggressive and inappropriate. They won’t let you leave without buying something and try to force you into a basement. Very frightening

Went a couple of days ago. This guy needs to change his attitude if he wants to sell anything!! Me and my daughter came in for a browse and what they sold was totally her thing but his pushy sales attitude put us right off!! She saw some trousers that he said were £45  running theme when ive read other reviews! . We left saying we would think about it  which was genuine. He then continued his sales pitch , pushy as hell!! When i said politely but assertively " if we want it we will buy it, if we dont we wont!!!!" he became less friendly! As for his assistant she sat on a chair at the back of the shop looking either depressed, tired or stoned!. She clearly didnt want to be there. I regret now asking her if she was ok. I wouldn't want to work for him! We didn't end up going back for the trousers that my daughter really would have bought if it wasn't for his presence!!!
