Wonderful store, with fantastic staff who deliver excellent customer service.  Being a Business Manager in a retail environment I know all too well there’s a fine line between being helpful, and being annoying! I loved that I was greeted upon arrival and asked if I needed any assistance; initially I didn’t, as I just wanted to browse and get a feel for what was available. After trying on a few outfits I asked one of the advisers for help sorry, but I forgot to ask her name! She suggested a few items to try on and left me to it. I loved one of the tops she had picked, and another adviser Eleni suggested additional items to complete my outfit.  On that note, I just want to acknowledge Eleni’s fabulous customer service - she has an ingrained passion for what she does, and is a real credit to the business!  The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. They listen to what you want, are incredibly helpful, and are really lovely people to boot.  Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience hiring costumes at Mad World. Jake and Eleni were an absolute joy to work with, super accommodating and truly brought our costume vision to life - can’t recommend enough!

Visited here for the first time to hire a Johnny Depp style Mad Hatter outfit and could not have had a better experience.  All of the staff could not do enough for me, finding outfit variations to suit and fit me - even styling a basic black hat to character.  They clearly take huge pride in what they do.  Will definitely add an image from the party itself, complete with scary makeup.  Huge selection of outfits and accessories - highly recommended!  PS.  More great service when I went to pick my outfit up, including taking time to help me to buy the correct face paint etc.  Pictures as promised!

Ordered on a Saturday night and the costume arrived by Wednesday Morning. The Live Chat feature was very useful in obtaining a tracking number, the tracking number wasn't available at the point of contact and the lovely member of staff on the other side sorted a tracking number out for me whilst on the chat. Great help and service 5*

This place is amazing. It's a great experience. Hard to find and make sure you go the week before Halloween to avoid the queues.

1st fancy dress store I've ever been to... And I have to say... Its a great place. Lots of costumes and accessories to hire.. Super helpful staff as well.

Had all we needed at a reasonable price, face paint options were limited but staff were super helpful and nice.

Don’t use this company!!! They don’t ship your order and then when you try and get hold of them it is impossible! Finally when you get through you speak to one of the rudest men who is so contradicting! After calling for 8 hours non stop! Worst company ever!

Fantastic shop for all dress ups - seeing this there is still hope for physical shops vs online
