My gran has been trying to get an appointment for months, she has severe copd, high cholesterol, vitamin d deficiency and others yet most of her medicines are missing from her repeat prescription! Disgrace, my gran will be going to another surgery. She has already emailed the gmc and Scottish government
Been at this surgery for 20years and since the new staff have joined the place is a disgrace so rude. The staff behind the desk need to remember there NOT DOCTORS
Don't even bother. No way of contacting them. Phoned 16 times today, no answer. And they have to email address so can't even do that.
Probably the worst health centre. Staff need to have a education in manners Absolute Disgrace to the NHS
Although I rarely go to them, the worst thing about Paisley was the reception didn't answer the phone and a lot of things so I took the mobile to another medical center

An excellent practice. We take our NHS for granted too often. Receptionist are lovely and do have to take some unacceptable behaviour from the public. Doctors are always as helpful as they can be. Thank you for your help over the years. From my whole family
I contacted them on Thursday to make an appointment and was told the doctor would call me next day. The next day I just missed answering a call, which I gather would've been from the doctor. It's now Tuesday and I've not been called back. I can't call them because I've had to go on UC due to the lockdown and don't get a payment until Monday, and I have no phone credit. I've found a testicular lump and it''s 5 days now since I contacted them. Basically they've not bothered their arse trying to get in touch with me to see what my problem was/is, and I'm just going to contact the BBC to see if they want to report on it, as the TV and internet is full of adverts telling people to contact their GP if they have health problems. My lump's now double the size it was last week and I'll be holding you liable as absolutely raging with your service.
Nice friendly staff and able to get appointments when needed
