Great, hearty food & good sized portions. Broad selection of real ales and local lagers. Very friendly and welcoming staff in the bar - they couldn't do enough for my family and me.

My friend and I discovered this place on the way to Steall Falls. Such a peaceful and cosy place with a spectacular view of the mountains. The food was good. So much so we went back the following day for lunch again. Will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed my meal here. I ordered the battered king prawns and they were excellent. Lovely batter, very light with a drizzling of sweet chilli sauce to die for. The desserts were very much on the expensive side but the main menu items were priced very reasonably. Service was good although waited quite a while to pay for our meal. Overall very nice experience.

We have just had a fantastic meal everything was spot on.And the sweet was too die for. Have been going there for many years and noticed it had been refurbished this time it looks lovely. We come all the way from Derbyshire England and would highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff x
